Methods of payment

METHODS OF PAYMENT:


1. Payment With Credit Card OFFLINE: VISA/ EC / MC / AMEX / DINERS
If you choose this method of payment, upon granted inquiry, our customer service representatives will send you your calculated total and a credit card authorization form via email. Fill it in, and return it, signed, to Adria Luxury Travel by fax, or email. Be advised that only signed forms are considered valid and authorize ALT to charge the booking balance of your reservation.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your country's currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations, thus creating the possibility of a slight difference than quoted.

2. Payment With Credit Card ONLINE: VISA / EC / MC
In co-operation with our business bank, Raiffeisen Bank International, we have provided an online credit card payment option. If you choose this payment method, upon granted inquiry, our customer service will send you an email, quote and link for our credit card authorization pages. By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the Adria Luxury Travel site where you must enter the required information and follow the instructions in the application process in order to complete the payment. Adria Luxury Travel and Raiffeisen bank guarantee the security of your online purchases through the use of 3D safety standards laid down by Visa International (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard Worldwide (MasterCard Secure Code).

3. Payment From Croatia to Adria Luxury Travel's Giro Account:
If you're in Croatia, you can use a money order and make your payment through Adria Luxury Travel's giro account from any bank or post office.

4. Payment From Abroad via Bank Transfer:
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please transfer the agreed amount to Adria Luxury Travel's account (details located below).

5. Payment by Cash
If you find a cash payment as the most suitable payment option, you are required to fill out a ˝Letter of Guarantee˝ (which will be sent to your email address with our offer) and return it via fax (+385 20 700 701) or email (), which will be kept at the ALT office as a guarantee that the reserved service will be attended. Your credit card will NOT be charged, and your reservation will  be considered confirmed.  A meeting will be agreed upon, with an ALT agent, when the ˝Letter of Guarantee˝ will be returned (to be destroyed) and the cash payment will be made, allowing you to receive your invoice and voucher for the paid service.

NOTE:

  • Upon receiving our offer, please direct your attention to the payment date as delay of payment could result in cancellation of your reservation
  • Certain payment options do not apply to all products and services
  • Bank transaction fees are paid by the customer/guest
  • After submission of payment, the customer/guest is obligated to send confirmation of payment to our fax or e-mail
  • Moment of reception of proof of payment (Credit Card Authorization Form,˝Letter of Guarantee by Credit Card˝ or copy of your bank transfer) will be considered as a confirmation of your reservation

DYNAMICS OF PAYMENT:


PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION

1) Total Amount
Upon granted inquiry, 100% of the price of accommodation (if less than 30 days prior to arrival)
After your confirmation of payment, our customer service representatives will send you an invoice, and voucher.

2) Advanced/Remaining Amount
Upon granted inquiry, advanced payment of 40% of the price of accommodation, the remaining 60% of the price of accommodation minimally 21 days prior to the beginning of the reservation
After your confirmation of advanced payment, our customer service representatives will send you an invoice, and voucher.

3) 50/50
Upon granted inquiry, you are obliged to make the payment of 50% of the total amount in advance, and the remaining 50% of the total amount (in cash) upon arrival to the accommodation on the first day of service.
After your confirmation of advanced payment, our customer service representatives will send you an invoice, and voucher.


EXCURSIONS/TRANSFERS

1) Total Amount
Upon granted inquiry, 100% of the total price of the excursion/transfer
After your confirmation of payment, our customer service representatives will send you an invoice, and voucher.

2) In case you choose to pay cash, you are required to make the payment at the beginning of your service.
A ˝Letter of Guarantee by Credit Card˝ is required to complete your reservation.


BOATS

1) Total Amount
Upon granted inquiry, 100% of the price of the boat (if less than 21 days prior to arrival)
After your confirmation of payment, our customer service representatives will send you an invoice, and voucher.

2) Advance/Remaining Amount
Upon granted inquiry, 50% of the price of the boat, 50% of the price minimally 21 days prior to reservation date
After your confirmation of payment, our customer service representatives will send you an invoice, and voucher.

 3) In case you choose to pay cash, you are required to make the payment (advanced or in full) at the beginning of your service.
A ˝Letter of Guarantee by Credit Card˝ is required to complete your reservation.
