This luxury villa is located on the Jordan - Sorkocevic family's 16th century Renaissance residence. It contains a 2000 m2 garden with a majestic central walking promenade with original stone columns, each topped with a unique architectural piece carved with a variety of floral motifs from the garden, and is surrounded by high stone walls. These columns prove the importance of the landscape architecture of the Renaissance period in Dubrovnik.

The villa is located on Lapad's shoreline, just ten minutes from the historic Old Town. Within the villa's proximity are Uvala Lapad's promenade, a marina, several beautiful beaches, small restaurants and cafes, and a shopping center. Due to its location by the shore, it is ideal for embarkation onto a speedboat or yacht for excursions or charters.

The villa offers a high level of privacy and is a perfect fit for up to six persons. It includes a 110 m2 of interior living space with three bedrooms, a spacious living room, two full bathrooms, a dining room for up to 10 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, summer kitchen and detached barbecue grill. The property also includes three spacious terraces with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs overlooking the garden and sea.

The first floor contains two beautiful double bedrooms, while the second floor contains the third, the most stunning of the three. Overlooking both the garden and the sea, it includes a luxurious bathroom with a shower and tub.
The garden features several Mediterranean plants as well as bay laurel trees, oleander, myrtle rosemary, lavender, Canary palms, figs, lemons, wild oranges and grapefruit. A lush canopy of cypress and pine trees, more than 100 years old, surround the garden. At the entrance, the words ˝Este procullivor, lites, ambitio curare˝ are engraved in Latin, meaning ˝Be gone from me, jealousy, quarrels, arrogance, and worry˝, a perfect phrase for this paradise.
